Benefits of Tuckpointing and E.I.F.S. Maintenance

Benefits of Tuckpointing

Tuckpointing offers many benefits. When done correctly, it will:
  • Prevent water from seeping through the mortar
  • Protect the structural integrity of the structure
  • Allow you to save money on the repair
  • Stop the corrosion of mortar joints

E.I.F.S. Maintenance

The exterior insulation and finish system (E.I.F.S.) was extremely popular a few decades ago, but today, many people who have this finish are experiencing issues related to moisture. This system allows too much moisture in that leads to a variety of problems, from mold to decay. If you have an existing E.I.F.S. system, we can maintain it for you and remove excess moisture before it becomes an issue. You also have the option to take it out and replace it with brick or stone. These materials are better equipped to handle the rain and elements.
